Paul Smyth

General Manager (principal)

Paul worked as a finish carpenter while obtaining a business degree from Villanova University. After employment in the corporate finance world for many years his passion for wood working lead him to realize his true calling by combining his talent of business management and building. Paul has been working in the high end custom building industry for over 25 years.

Woody Cullen

Owner President

Woody is the third generation owner of Cullen Construction. He has been working in the Main Line residential building industry his whole life while following in the footsteps of his late father and grandfather. Woody is committed and dedicated to preserving the proud legacy of high end custom home building started by Edward Cullen in 1953.

Brad Smith

Operations Manager (principal)

Brad has spent the last 30 years in the residential construction industry. After college he began his career as a laborer learning a trade as a carpenter, which lead to 12 years of historic restoration and timber framing. For the past 15 years Brad has managed complex high end residential projects coordinating all aspects of construction with clients, architects and subcontractors.
