Seth grew up surrounded by construction professionals. With a father who was a home inspector, uncles who worked as Realtors and land developers, and a grandfather skilled as a masonry foreman, Seth was immersed in the industry from an early age. He launched his career in new home construction in 2008 with a major national homebuilder, quickly advancing through various roles due to his passion for learning and dedication to mastering his craft. Starting as a warranty manager, Seth’s journey included serving in roles such as superintendent, construction manager, senior builder, area manager, project and community manager, VP of Operations and VP of Construction. Throughout his career, Seth has consistently demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional growth. He brings that same dedication to Cullen Construction, where he invests in his team and shares his knowledge to foster development and success. Seth is driven by a desire to collaborate with industry professionals and leaders to create homes of the highest quality while advocating for his clients to bring their dream homes to life.
As the third-generation owner, Woody has dedicated his life to the residential building industry, following the path paved by his father and grandfather. Woody is committed to upholding the family’s legacy of crafting high-end custom homes with the integrity and passion that have defined Cullen Construction since its inception.
Laura brings over a decade of experience in fashion, retail, and business development to her role as Strategic Partnerships Manager at Cullen Construction. Raised in a family deeply connected to design — with a mother who is a kitchen and bath designer and a father who led a window and door company— she has been surrounded by craftsmanship, aesthetics, and construction from an early age.
A graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Communications, Laura has always been passionate about the power of connection, storytelling, and relationship-building. Her career spans leadership roles in fashion and retail, where she became known for driving growth, developing teams, and building trusted client relationships.
At Cullen, Laura leverages her ability to connect and communication skills, sharp eye for design, and natural talent for collaboration to cultivate meaningful partnerships with clients, vendors, and industry leaders. She is committed to enhancing the client and partner experience while supporting Cullen’s reputation for excellence in luxury custom homebuilding since 1953.
Peter Cutler leads Cullen Construction’s Home Services Division, set to launch in early 2026. With deep roots on the Main Line, Peter is known for his calm, steady approach and his ability to build trusted relationships with clients. His background and experience make him the ideal person to guide families in maintaining and protecting their homes.
A graduate of Skidmore College and Berkshire School, Peter is a lifelong hockey player, golfer, and devoted family man. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, their two black labs, and cheering on his kids’ activities. Thoughtful, patient, and genuine in every interaction, Peter brings a client-first mindset to all that he does.
Shawn Ostrich, a lifelong Radnor resident, brings over 25 years of experience in construction and restoration to Cullen Construction. After graduating from Thaddeus Stevens College, he began his career in the family contracting business before launching his own company, where he built award-winning homes recognized by the Home Builders Association and delivered high-end remodeling projects. His expertise expanded into estate-level construction and later into the restoration field, where he spent the past decade as Director of Construction and Vice President of Operations for a premier multi-office organization.
Known for his technical knowledge, leadership, and commitment to service, Shawn has built a reputation for guiding complex projects from start to finish with precision and care. His client-first approach, combined with clear communication and steady oversight, consistently earns trust and lasting relationships.
Peter Cutler leads Cullen Construction’s Home Services Division, set to launch in early 2026. Todd is a highly skilled professional with extensive expertise in sales and customer service. As a former business owner and Project Administrator he has successfully managed all aspects of business, from estimating, budget planning to client consultations. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Cullen Construction, he continues to excel in coordinating projects and ensuring client satisfaction. His solid business management skills and an eye for detail sets him apart. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the Cullen team.
Bill serves as Custom Shop Manager at Cullen Construction, where he oversees estimating, fabrication, and the continued growth of the company’s custom millwork and cabinetry operations.
A native of the Main Line, Bill’s foundation in construction began early while working in his family’s building business. He brings extensive experience in custom woodworking, cabinetry, and furniture making, including operating his own cabinetmaking company locally since 2021 and previously working with a highly regarded custom cabinetmaker in Nantucket. His background combines hands-on craftsmanship with leadership, estimating, and trade partnership development.
Bill is passionate about thoughtful construction, quality materials, and building pieces that stand the test of time. He approaches his work with precision, patience, and a deep respect for the craft.
He lives in Kennett Square with his wife and three children, where they are restoring a historic log home together a reflection of his commitment to preservation and craftsmanship both professionally and personally.
Marco is a 27-year veteran of construction accounting and finance. A former Partner in a Big-4 firm, Marco is one of a handful of guys worldwide who have overseen, audited, or otherwise been involved in the cost estimating, budgeting, and course-of-construction accounting for multiple mega-projects (defined as projects with budgets in excess of $1 billion). In addition, and at budgets more down to earth, Marco also has extensive experience in the residential arena, overseeing the construction, accounting, and finance of thousands of homes and condominiums, including several hundred high end custom home builds and remodels with budgets in excess of $1 million, many of these projects being invoiced as cost plus or time and materials jobs.
Jack was born in London and moved to the Main Line area at a young age. He has a strong background in carpentry, welding, and homebuilding. Jack had a passion for construction and community from a young age, that eventually led him to work for Habitat of Humanity as a teenager. Soon after, he stepped into high end construction and has been learning and growing since. Jack is highly motivated with a sharp eye for detail that helps capture his client’s vision, while turning their vision into a long-lasting dream home for their families.
