“Cullen Construction did an outstanding job on our project. A seemingly minor project was full of a number of design details and nuances. The roof presented a number of challenges with the use of Ludowici tile roofing, a roof line that connected two building, extensive copper flashing, the installation of a custom cupola and weather vane and also the installation of custom ridge cap tiles. Other details included custom copper gutters and downspouts, lightening arresters, custom made fencing and hardware, and flare siding. Cullen’s wood shop also made custom manufactured screening and built a screen door while repurposing the original hardware. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.”

“We began an early 1900s Pennsylvania barn reconstruction at the beginning of 2014. Off of a recommendation from a friend, we ultimately hired Cullen Construction to transform a much neglected barn into what became a beautiful living space that we could not be more pleased with! The project was completed in August after a long, extra rough winter during which they missed not one day (when our power was out they worked off of their generator.) Over the course of the project we always felt as if we were their only client which is a great feeling (even though it was just that) when you are investing so much time and money into a renovation. They certainly offer a "VIP" type service—frequent meetings with detailed accounting, clear chain of command on site, excellent design resources, trust worthy and detail oriented workers. Most impressive was Cullen's ability to hone in on what we were trying to achieve and their talent and creativity in suggesting details that they thought we would like. “My husband and I hired Cullen Construction a few years ago to convert an office into a TV/family room. The project turned out so well that we decided to completely renovate our garage which hadn't been updated since 1951! It was a major job to say the least.
