With extensive experience in custom cabinetry and furniture making, Bill leads the shop with a strong balance of craftsmanship and management expertise. Having operated his own cabinetmaking company locally since 2021 and previously worked with a respected Nantucket cabinetmaker, he brings valuable knowledge in estimating, production coordination, and trade partnerships to every project.

With more than 30 years of hands-on woodworking experience, Jack brings seasoned craftsmanship, problem-solving ability, and exceptional attention to detail to every project. His depth of knowledge ensures each custom piece is built with lasting quality, precision, and care.

John previously specialized in building and restoring pipe organs around the world, a trade requiring extraordinary precision, patience, and artistry. He now applies that same meticulous skillset to Cullen’s cabinetry and millwork projects, delivering refined craftsmanship and one-of-a-kind custom details.

A long-time Cullen Construction team member and former Shop Manager, Dave returns in a part-time advisory role with more than 40 years of industry experience. He supports the custom shop by helping guide key projects, mentoring the team, and assisting in the continued growth of our cabinet and millwork operations.
