4. Do you handle large home renovation or remodeling projects?
Absolutely. We specialize in whole-home renovations, major remodels, and high-end additions that enhance functionality while preserving or elevating architectural style.
5. What is included in historic home restoration?
Historic restoration involves preserving original elements, repairing structural components, and integrating modern systems without compromising character. We have extensive experience restoring Main Line stone homes and historic estates.
6. Do you offer timber framing or barn construction services?
Yes. We build and restore timber-frame structures, historic barns, and reclaimed-material projects, delivering both traditional craftsmanship and modern engineering.

We offer pre-construction planning and design support (we don’t have in-house design or architects; we recommend a couple of options that we think will fit you personally and your project goals), and trusted architect referrals for custom homes, renovations, and specialty structures.
11. How long does a luxury custom home build take?
Most custom homes require 12–24 months, depending on design complexity, materials, permitting, and site conditions.
12. Do you build on difficult or historic lots?
Yes. We excel at complex builds, challenging terrain, heritage properties, and custom engineering solutions—common in areas such as Villanova, Gladwyne, Haverford, and Greenville.
13. What is included in a home addition project?

You can choose your level of involvement. Our dedicated project management and use of Buildertrend ensure clear communication, regular updates, and expert oversight throughout the entire build or renovation.
16. Do you manage subcontractors, materials, and scheduling?
Yes. We provide full construction management, coordinating trades, sourcing materials, handling inspections, and ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish. A Buildertrend client portal is provided for transparency, from viewing schedules to viewing photo updates of your project.
17. What ensures quality in a luxury building project?
Our approach includes daily site supervision, multi-phase inspections, skilled craftsmen, premium materials, and detailed architectural execution—hallmarks of our work since 1953.

OWNER & CEO
Seth grew up surrounded by construction professionals. With a father who was a home inspector, uncles who worked as Realtors and land developers, and a grandfather skilled as a masonry foreman, Seth was immersed in the industry from an early age. He launched his career in new home construction in 2008 with a major national homebuilder, quickly advancing through various roles due to his passion for learning and dedication to mastering his craft. Starting as a warranty manager, Seth’s journey included serving in roles such as superintendent, construction manager, senior builder, area manager, project and community manager, VP of Operations and VP of Construction. Throughout his career, Seth has consistently demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional growth. He brings that same dedication to Cullen Construction, where he invests in his team and shares his knowledge to foster development and success. Seth is driven by a desire to collaborate with industry professionals and leaders to create homes of the highest quality while advocating for his clients to bring their dream homes to life.
