Designed by Arcus Design Group, this Malvern auxiliary structure isn't just an outbuilding. It is a destination. The fieldstone base, natural board siding, standing seam metal roof, and white cupola give it the quiet authority of something that belongs exactly where it sits. Step inside and the intention becomes clear: exposed timber, warm pendant lighting, and a fully finished living and dining space that makes the most of every square foot. Cullen Construction built it to the same standard as the primary residence, because on a Cullen property, that standard doesn't stop at the front door.
