After devastating fire damage, only one thing remained: the original fireplace wall dating back to 1744. From that single surviving element, Cullen Construction rebuilt this legacy home from the ground up, every stone and every detail crafted to honor its past while securing its future. The best renovations don't erase what came before. They honor it. This Malvern project, undertaken with architect Dan Campbell AIA and Barbara Gisel Design, was guided by that principle from the first conversation to the final detail. The addition expanded the home's footprint without disrupting its character. New spaces were introduced with the same care given to the original structure, so that nothing feels added on, only completed. For the family inside, the home simply became more of itself.
