Set on a quietly prestigious stretch of Villanova's Main Line, this custom residence began with a vision: a home that would feel as though it had always been there, rooted in the landscape, shaped by the land, and crafted with the kind of care that only comes from experience measured in generations. When the homeowner watched the foundation go in, she saw blue and green everywhere she looked, and decided to bring that into the design, weaving both colors through the home as an intentional thread from the ground up. In collaboration with Peter Zimmerman Architects and Chuck Hess Landscape Design, Cullen Construction delivered a home where every material was chosen for permanence, and every detail was considered for the life to be lived inside it. The result is a property that doesn't announce itself. It simply endures.
